Serving Together
In Matthew 25:35-36 Jesus said “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
When we serve our neighbors, we become the answer to someone’s prayer. The Engage Church implements meaningful community service engagements in collaboration with organizations to support existing efforts to create lasting change in people’s lives. Let’s make a difference together!
Engage Together Fall 2023
Engage Together is a community service initiative that convenes diverse teams (4-8 people) to serve together to address a need in their local communities. The Engage Church will provide mini-grants for purchases of supplies to complete each project. Projects can be a simple as a park cleanup, special project for the animal shelter or helping a neighbor with a need. Our next wave of projects is targeted for Fall 2023.
Holiday Together
A yearly community initiative where we invite individuals, businesses and organizations to help local families during the holidays by providing Christmas gifts for their children.
